In our farm we breed the Pirja summer apple. At the moment we have 350 apple trees and the main harvest time is in august.
You can buy our delicious apples straight from our farm or thru Kymenlaakso's Re -distribution service.
We also belong to Hedelmän- ja marjanviljelijäin liitto ry and we and we are committed to liable production chain.
Honey comes mainly from our apple blossoms and other wild flowers from pure rural meadows. Beekeeping supports apple production and it tastes so delicious!
Pirja is a summer variety with a medium-sized fruit. The base color of the apple is yellow with a red cover color. The taste of Pirja is pleasantly aromatic, sweet and delicious. Pirja is the first apple to ripen in the summer in Finland with an abundant and even harvest every year. Pirja has been bred from Melba and Huvitus.
